Base Hotel Hostel is our second choice. This hotel/hostel is a great place to stay in Keflavik. It offers well-equipped areas such as bars, restaurants, library, game room, shared kitchens, laundry room, TV lounge just to name a few.
They also help you out and offer to book all the tours around Iceland, so much easier.
