The Nomad House is a large and well-established and without a doubt our top-rated best-party hostel in Koh Phagnan.
Whenever you stay at this hostel, you can be sure of a wild time. The in-house parties at The Nomad House are legendary and a perfect way to get in the mood before going out to larger events.
Located just a stone’s throw from the main pier, you won’t have to walk far before you’re in the midst of Koh Phangan’s island party destinations.
If you’re travelling by ferry to the island, contact the staff at Nomad House first as they will arrange a pick-up for you.
The Nomad House is a large hostel with many beautifully decorated common areas. The dorm rooms are super comfortable and clean, with air conditioning, hot showers, and lockers.
The restaurant serves up a variety of reasonably priced western and Thai dishes using locally sourced ingredients. What’s more, there’s the option to organise a ‘family dinner’ with friends and the hostel staff, which means even cheaper prices!.
The sense of community is strong here, so you will always find someone to socialise with or join in activities.
Dorm beds at The Nomad House start at around $20 for an upper bunk and around $30 for the lower bunk beds. If we were you, we’d make the climb and save some cash for the parties!

2. Bodega Hostel Koh Phangan
Bodega Hostel Koh Phangan, also known as Bodega Beach Party Koh Phangan, sits front and centre on Thong Sala beach.
Please don’t get confused because there is another Bodega hostel in Koh Phangan, which is Bodega Pool Party Koh Phangan Hostel.
The central location of this hostel makes accessing any part of the island pretty easy, although everything you might need is available right around the corner in this busy part of town.
Bodega Hostel has a real festival vibe with electronic wristbands allocated on arrival to make any purchases cashless and straightforward.
Just be sure to keep track of your spending as it’s easy to blast your cash when the party mood takes you! The pre-parties here are absolutely legendary, so be sure not to miss out.
The hostel has a massive beachfront area with plenty of seating, shade and enough space to find some peace and quiet or to join a group and get the party started.
The large pool is accessible 24 hours a day (hello after party!) and there is a sports area with a pool table, beer pong and table tennis.

Built entirely from shipping containers, this hostel maintains a certain charm and has an interesting contrast between the industrial look of the buildings and the pretty garden and pool.
All of the rooms here have windows with garden and pool views, as well as air-conditioning, power-points and super comfy beds.
If you feel like really spreading out, try one of the private king rooms with their extra wide luxury beds (a perfect place to crash after a night dancing in under the full moon!)
When you wake up at Na-Tub Hostel, you’ll get to enjoy the free continental breakfast before a relaxing morning after a big night.

Things to Bring & Pack
