When it comes to our favourite hostel in Langkawi, we wanted to deliver a hostel that offers the best of both worlds; private space and excellent social opportunities.
At Bed Attitude Hostel this is entirely possible.
Chill and play pool in the afternoons, and join in balcony parties during the evening!
Since 2019 this hostel has provided fantastic capsule style dorm rooms that are set to impress.
Each capsule is kitted out with everything you possibly need for ultimate relaxation and sleep. Privacy curtain, light, USB dock, security lockers – you name it!
And some of the rooms are huge! 32-beds is the max size, but you can also opt for a 4-bed option, either mixed or female-only.

2. Rembulan Langkawi Hostel
Next up is a smaller hostel with a more relaxed vibe within a quirky up-cycled design.
Rembulan Langkawi Hostel is just 450m from the pristine Cenang beach front and an ideal base to explore Langkawi.

There are more private rooms than there are dorms here, so bare this in mind.
In fact, there are a total of 4 private rooms and just one 8-bed mixed dorm on offer. This certainly creates an intimate feel about the place and leaves the atmosphere pretty chilled.
What’s nice is that the two brothers that run the hostel are very involved with guests. Their friendliness and helpful attitudes really stand out!
Note: Reception is open limited hours and they only accept cash at check in.
Walk around the hostel and you’ll notice endless little details such as a dart board, bamboo & crate decor, wall art and living plants.
