The Dearly Koh Tao Hostel is a 10-minute walk from Chalok Baan Kao Beach and the center of town where you can access shops and restaurants.
The hostel is also a short walk from popular tourist destinations such as Freedom Beach, John-Suwan Viewpoint, Shark Bay, and June Juea Bay.
Moreover, private rooms can sleep up to four people and have a television, refrigerator, kettle and coffee pot, and a private bathroom.

So yes, there is a party atmosphere here so we prepared for this. Yet, we wouldn’t class this as a crazy party hostel.
The hostel has really nice facilities and the events in the evenings help to bring travellers together.
The restaurant offers great Mexican food so if you are tired and bored of noodles, you can enjoy a very nice Mexican food with an island twist at their restaurant.

Koh Tao Loft Hostel has a very nice interior. The industrial style interior design is really good.
The bar is cheap and the cocktails are amazing! Staff are super friendly and helpful in every way. The pods are clean very cosy with the pull across curtains for your privacy.
The hostel is located right by the pier and a lot of good diving shops if that’s what you’re going for. If you want to go on parties ask staff for Koh Tao pub crawl.

CLOSED: Savage Hostel Koh Tao – 5 Star Luxe
Update: Sadly our former 5 Star Hostel in Koh Tao has permanently closed its doors.
The Savage Hostel is located at the center of Sairee on the island of Koh Tao.
The hostel has the advantage of being in the immediate proximity of bars, cafés, diving schools, spas, and entertainment, while still being on the beach.
We wrote a big review of Savage Hostel.
Moreover, the hostel offers three different forms of accommodation.
First, suites have a king bed and a day bed, fridge, television, en-suite bathroom, and sleep up to three people with a view of the jungle and beautiful island.
Second, private rooms, sleep 1-2 people, with a fridge, televisions, and en-suite bathroom and views of the jungle and town.
And last, are the shared rooms that have pod-style bunk beds with personal outlets, reading lights, a small shelf, hooks, and shared bathrooms.
Amenities of this luxury hostel in Koh Tao include:
